Premiere Traders is the data controller for personal data collected through Premiere Traders Trade Class. This notice explains what we collect, why, and your rights.
Data we collect and why
- Account details (email, login credentials, Google profile name if you use Google sign-in) — to create your account and give you access. Legal basis: contract.
- Purchase records (order or subscription ID, customer ID, dates, subscription status) — to unlock the course you bought. Legal basis: contract.
- Tutor questions you type — to generate answers. Legal basis: contract.
- Usage and device data (IP address, browser, pages visited) — for security, fraud prevention and improving the course. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
- Learning progress (quiz scores, read-aloud preference) — stored in your own browser only, so the course remembers where you are.
Who we share data with
- Service providers that host the site, store accounts and run the AI tutor and read-aloud voice.
- Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, for the sale of the course, payments, tax compliance and invoicing. Paddle handles your payment details directly; we never see your card.
- Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where needed.
- Authorities where required by law.
Retention
We keep account and purchase data while your account is active and as long as needed for legal and tax obligations. After that it is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or export your data, object to processing, withdraw consent, and complain to your data protection authority. We respond to requests within one month.
International transfers
Our service providers may process data outside your country. Where required, we rely on safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls and limited access to personal data.
Cookies and storage
We use only essential cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and save your progress. We do not use advertising cookies.
