Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of Premiere Traders Trade Class (the "Service"), an online trading education course. The Service is provided by Premiere Traders ("we", "us"). When you use the Service or buy the course, you are contracting with Premiere Traders.

1. Acceptance

By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be of legal age in your country to buy the course. You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for all activity on your account, and you must give accurate information.

3. What you get

Module 1 is free. A one-time payment, or a monthly subscription, unlocks Modules 2–25, including lessons, animations, read-aloud and quizzes. The AI tutor is included only with the one-time payment, not the monthly subscription. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the course content for your own learning.

4. Not financial advice

All content is for general educational purposes only. It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy or sell any security, currency, cryptocurrency or other asset. Trading involves significant risk of loss. Any trading decisions you make are your own responsibility.

5. AI tutor

The AI tutor generates answers automatically. Answers may be inaccurate or incomplete and must not be relied on as professional advice. You are responsible for the questions you submit and how you use the answers. You must not use the tutor to create illegal, hateful, deceptive or harmful content, or try to bypass its safeguards. We may filter answers, remove content, or restrict or suspend access if the tutor is misused.

6. Acceptable use

• No unlawful use, fraud or spam.
• No copying, reselling, sharing or redistributing course content or account access.
• No infringing anyone's intellectual property.
• No malware, probing, scraping, reverse engineering or interfering with the Service's security.

7. Intellectual property

We own the Service and all its content, software, design and branding. Rights holders who believe content infringes their rights can contact us to request removal; repeated infringement leads to account termination.

8. Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax and refund terms are set out in Paddle's Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy.

8a. Monthly subscription

The monthly plan renews automatically each month until you cancel. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the month you've paid for.

9. Service availability

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without implied warranties.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses or for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access for a material breach of these terms, non-payment, fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
